This is the 1st post here @ inflightcuisine Forums.

Setting up and creation of "inflightcuisine" - the online forum for passionate airline catering professionals is a 'spur of the moment' thought! Well... just to give you all a brief background, I first registered the inflightcuisine.com domain name a couple of months back on Februrary 25th, 2007. The idea has always been to create a place for world-wide community of airline catering professionals on the net. Soon after registering the domain name, I've set up exclusive inflightcuisine.com email at http://partnerpage.google.com/inflightcuisine.com(Thanks (http://partnerpage.google.com/inflightcuisine.com%28Thanks) to Google Apps)

I hope, at least some of us those who have always been passionate about the wonderful industry of airline catering would enjoy being here. :D

Just wanted to keep our members informed that I've just changed my User Name from 'Superglue' to Sumudu, on reaching 6 months after setting up the site.:D
